2025第五届搜狐青幕计划由搜狐主办，本届活动主题为“影力共振”，旨在强调影像创作力量的汇聚与共鸣，青年创作者们通过影像创作相互影响，共同推动影像创作领域的发展。
搜狐青幕计划持续深耕青年影像创作领域，以构建良性竞赛生态为核心使命，打造兼具专业性与开放性的展示平台。通过青幕大师课、行业沙龙、创投对接等多元活动，构建集作品展映、技艺交流、资源对接于一体的成长体系，在激发创作活力的同时，促进青年创作者与电影产业生态的深度融合，为影像创新注入持续动能。

【Ultra-Short Film】
【超短片】组别 时长、题材不限，在不侵犯知识产权和其他法律法规的前提下，具有商业元素的动画短片、纪录短片、剧情短片、实验短片、微电影等。 搜狐有权要求参赛者提供完整的内容权属证明。如平台发现参赛作品的内容为搬运、抄袭等非原创/侵权内容，搜狐有权下线相应内容并取消参赛者参与活动的资格。 超短片组别参赛作品须将成片上传发布至搜狐视频关注流： 1. 下载【搜狐视频APP】注册并登录； 2. 点击“+号”即可上传视频，视频标题内必须注明赛道类别及短片作品名称、导演名称。 3. 点击添加话题：#2025第五届搜狐青幕计划； 4. 点击发布到圈子搜狐青幕计划。点击发布即可上传成功。 标题格式举例： #2025第五届搜狐青幕计划 +【超短片单元】+《短片作品名》+导演名 5. 选择并复制作品视频网址，在「投奖」平台点击报名后的弹框中填写该链接。 l 要求超短片组别参赛作品在2025年8月26日至2026年2月26日期间保持公开状态。（不可删除或设为自见；删除、自见的评选作品无法获奖。） l 注：超短片组别、广告片组别时长限制为0到5分钟。 l 【超短片单元】组别参赛作品默认允许搜狐及其关联方线上公开放映完整影片。

【AI Visuals】Category
No restrictions on duration or subject matter. Entries must be short narrative films or experimental shorts created using AICG technology, including but not limited to visual creativity, contemporary art, and experimental video, provided they do not infringe upon intellectual property rights or violate other laws and regulations. Sohu reserves the right to request complete proof of content ownership from participants. Should the platform discover that submitted content involves reposting, plagiarism, or other non-original/infringing material, Sohu has the right to remove such content and disqualify the participant from the event. Note: When registering, participants must specify the AIGC creation tools, AI technologies, and their creative applications used in the description field. Note: The duration limit for the AI Video category is 0 to 45 minutes.

[Drama] Category
The Drama category includes and is not limited to short films and microfilms that meet the requirements. Note: The duration of the feature film category is limited to 5 minutes to 45 minutes; if the full film cannot be shown online, the entrant must upload a full-length feature film that can be judged and a trailer that can be shown online by Sohu and its affiliates.

[Documentary Shorts] Category
The Documentary Category includes and is not limited to short films, microfilms, etc. that meet the requirements. Note: The duration of the documentary category is limited to 5 minutes to 45 minutes. If a full-length movie cannot be shown online, the entrant must upload a full-length movie that can be judged and a trailer that can be shown online by Sohu and its affiliates.

The Animated Short Film category includes, but is not limited to, short films and microfilms that meet the requirements. Note: The duration of the animation category is limited to 0 to 45 minutes. For entries that cannot be screened online, the entrant must upload a full-length movie that can be judged and a trailer that can be shown online by Sohu and its affiliates.

The Public Interest Short Film category includes and is not limited to short films and microfilms that meet the requirements. Note: The duration of short films is limited to 5 minutes to 45 minutes.
