We're inviting filmmakers from all corners of the globe to join us in celebrating cinema not only as an art form but as a catalyst for social change and dialogue.
Established as one of the main events for international independent cinema, SIFF continues to travel the world thanks to its itinerant format, bringing exciting stories and unique points of view to every corner of the globe. This global approach is intertwined with Cultural Diplomacy, an initiative launched in 2023, which uses the power of cinema to break down cultural barriers and foster dialogue between peoples.

We are looking for films with content that offer multiple perspectives to children, teens and families of diverse ages, backgrounds and ethnicities. Narrative topics can span the entire range of emotions. Feature film running time limits are a minimum of 45 minutes and a maximum of 115 mins. Once selected, we require Full HD Movie file mpg4 and subtitles file in English with time code SRT format in order to translate in Italian.
