This section is dedicated to discovering and encouraging young cinematic talents. Open to films of any theme or genre directed by students or youth under the age of 20. [Eligibility] - Age Requirement: Open to directors born after January 1, 2006 (Under 20 years old). - Completion Date: Films must have been completed after January 1, 2025. - Maximum Running Time: 20 minutes or less (including ending credits）
