Films, scripts, television works, and music videos allow creators to explore human experience, diversity, and coexistence through visual storytelling.

BUSAN NEW WAVE SHORT FILM FESTIVAL is a newly founded initiative-based festival project based in Busan, South Korea, originally created with the intention of acknowledging and presenting the creative practices of emerging filmmakers and media artists. The project highlights a wide range of experiments and personal expressions across cinema, media, and visual arts, and seeks to bring together creators from diverse backgrounds within a shared project framework.

Through this initiative, BNWSFF aims to recognize independent creative efforts and to document ongoing practices in contemporary visual storytelling. Artists are invited to participate and engage with the project in a spirit of openness, exchange, and mutual recognition.
