A.短片作品 a)需是在 2023 年 1 月1日以后制作完成 b)时长不超过30 分钟 c)您需要提交的报名材料应采用MP4或MOV格式。请确保您的视频文件符合这两种格式中的任意一种，以便顺利完成报名程序 d)影片不限类型 (实验，剧情，纪录，动画，MV，综艺，科幻，VR 等均可) e)除无对白电影外，其余影片需添加英文字幕 f)已经在中国大陆地区的院线或网络平台进行公开展映或在电影节前有此计划的影片请注明情况  A. B.装置类作品 a)需是在 2023 年 1月 1日以后制作完成 b)不限类型、不限风格 c)装置作品的制作材料不设限制，但充分鼓励使用符合绿色环保标准、易于拆装及运输、适合长期展出的材料 B. Installation works Production  a)Should be completed after January 1,2023  b)No limit on type and style  c)There is no restriction on the production materials of the installation works, but the use of materials that meet green standards, easy disassembly and transportation, and suitable for long-term exhibition are fully encouraged

D.AI类作品 a) 需是在2023 年1月 1日以后制作完成 b) 时长不超过30 分钟 c) 创造过程必须使用AI工具，内容需有50%以上时长占比由AI生成， 包括但不限于生成式AI，允许在AI基础上对视频进行编辑制作视频短片 d) 您需要提交的报名材料为创作说明文档和衍生视频的压缩文件，文档应采用doc., docx.或pdf.格式，视频应采用MP4或MOV格式，最终压缩文件应为zip格式。请确保您的视频文件符合格式要求，以便顺利完成报名程序 e) 影片不限类型 (实验，剧情，纪录，动画，MV，综艺，科幻，VR 等均可) f) 除无对白电影外，其余影片需添加英文字幕 D. E.短视频类作品 a) 需是在 2023 年 1 月1日以后制作完成 b) 时长不超过5分钟 c) 支持横、竖屏格式。画面干净，不插入任何商业广告；可配背景音乐、画外音、解说声等 d）征集作品形式不限。微电影、纪录片、公益宣传片、微短剧等均可，征集作品需传播正能量，不涉及色情、暴力、种族歧视等内容 e) 除无对白电影外，其余影片需添加英文字幕，鼓励多语种作品，多语言对话作品均需添加标准和合适的英文字幕

学生组短视频类

The picture is clean without any commercial advertisements; with background music, voice-over, interpretation, etc  d) There is no limit on the form of soliciting works. Micro films, documentaries, public welfare propaganda videos, micro dramas, etc., soliciting works should spread positive energy, do not involve pornography, violence, racial discrimination and other content  e) Except for no dialogue films, English subtitles should be added to other films, and multilingual works are encouraged. All multilingual dialogue works should add standard and appropriate english subtitles

社会组 社会组投稿作品以影视类为主。 a) 需是在 2023年 1 月1日以后制作完成 b) 时长不超过30 分钟 c) 您需要提交的报名材料应采用MP4或MOV格式。请确保您的视频文件符合这两种格式中的任意一种，以便顺利完成报名程序 d) 影片不限类型 (实验，剧情，纪录，动画，MV，综艺，科幻，VR 等均可)。 已经在中国大陆地区的院线或网络平台进行公开展映或在电影节前有此计划的影片请注明情况 e) 除无对白电影外，其余影片需添加英文字幕。Social Group  The works contributed by the social group are mainly in the film and television category.
