Film Festival and Exhibition Organizers: We collect your personal data when you voluntarily provide such information to the Service, such as when you register to access the Service in the form of a film festival or exhibition. Filmmakers and Other Non-Festival Users: We collect your personal data when you register to access the Service and submit to film festivals as a filmmaker, or use certain parts of the Service. The personal data we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, postal code, and other personally identifiable information. Additionally, film festivals can set up event registration pages to collect almost any information related to submissions for festival events listed on the Service from filmmakers. If a filmmaker voluntarily provides information related to submission activities or otherwise, we will have access to that information and it will be stored by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Personal Data: We do not collect or otherwise process personal information regarding your race or ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, physical or mental health, sexual life, any actual or alleged criminal offenses or penalties, or any other aspects. We may process your sensitive personal information if cooperating with administrative law enforcement agencies.

2. Non-Personal Data:

Non-Personally Identifiable Data: When you use the "Toujiang" network, we collect certain non-personally identifiable information ("Non-Personal Data"). The Non-Personal Data we collect includes, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, internet browser types, other characteristics of your device and software, the domain name of your internet service provider, your approximate geographic location, records of your use of the Service, the time of your usage, and aggregated personal data that cannot be used to specifically identify you. Such information is passively collected using various technologies and cannot, in itself, be used to specifically identify you. We also collect Non-Personal Data from third parties (including but not limited to the types mentioned above). Information we collect from third parties may be combined with information we collect.

Circumstances Under Which We Disclose Collected Information:

Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we may sell or buy businesses or assets.
